Who it's built for

Any relationship-driven business ready for a modern CRM.

Insurance & Benefits

Agencies and brokerages managing policy renewals, client follow-ups, and producer pipelines — where contact history and relationship depth are everything.

Financial Services & Wealth

Advisors, planners, and firms where every client interaction, note, and follow-up lives in the CRM — and losing that history isn't an option.

Manufacturing & Distribution

B2B sales teams managing dealer networks, account tiers, and long-cycle relationships — complex account structures that need more than a simple pipeline.

Professional Services & B2B SMB

Any company with a relationship-driven sales process that needs deep contact history, activity tracking, and a platform that grows with the business.

The GoldMine Problem

GoldMine was the right tool
for 1999. It's 2025.

GoldMine was genuinely excellent CRM software — purpose-built for B2B relationship management when the competition was spreadsheets. Thousands of businesses built their entire sales operations on it. It earned that loyalty.

But it has been sold twice, absorbed into a large IT portfolio, and left in maintenance mode. There is no cloud roadmap. No mobile app worth using. No modern API story. And the ownership history tells you exactly what the next 10 years look like. The question isn't whether to leave — it's whether you wait until something breaks.

GoldMine Ownership History

1
1989
Founded as Goldmine Software Corporation. Quickly becomes the leading contact management tool for B2B sales.
2
2002
Acquired by FrontRange Solutions. Product development slows. Focus shifts to enterprise IT products.
3
2015
FrontRange acquired by Ivanti (then HEAT Software). GoldMine becomes a legacy line in a large IT portfolio.
4
Today
Maintenance mode. No cloud-native architecture, no meaningful roadmap, and a shrinking installed base. The question isn't whether to leave — it's when.

Sound familiar?

The frustrations every GoldMine
user knows by heart.

GoldMine goes down when the server does

When there's a hardware problem, a Windows update, or a network issue — your contacts, pipeline, and history go dark until someone fixes it on-site. That's a GoldMine architecture problem, not a CRM problem.

Three ownership changes. No meaningful roadmap.

GoldMine was founded in 1989, sold to FrontRange Solutions, then absorbed by Ivanti. It has survived on maintenance mode for years. No cloud-native rebuild. No meaningful new features. Shrinking support.

GoldMine wasn't designed for phones

The mobile experience is an afterthought. In a world where your team works from phones, home offices, and client sites, a desktop-first CRM creates friction that costs deals.

Every new hire asks why it looks like it's from 1998

GoldMine's interface hasn't fundamentally changed in decades. Training takes longer than it should, adoption is forced rather than natural, and onboarding becomes an obstacle.

Connecting GoldMine to modern tools is always a project

REST APIs, Zapier, Microsoft 365, modern marketing platforms — GoldMine wasn't built for any of them. Every integration is a custom connector or a manual workaround.

You're maintaining infrastructure just to run a CRM

GoldMine requires a SQL Server instance, manual version upgrades with downtime, and IT involvement every time something changes. Zoho is cloud-native — there is no infrastructure to manage.

Your years of customization are locked in one database

Custom fields, views, and reports built up over years live only in your local GoldMine database. No cloud sync, no real redundancy — if something happens to that machine, it's gone.

You're paying full price for a product in decline

GoldMine was excellent when it was built. The market has moved to cloud, mobile, AI, and open integrations. The product hasn't kept pace — and that gap widens every year.

The platform

The CRM your team will actually use.

Powered by Zoho — 100% designed, configured, and actively maintained by ETG. This isn't a Zoho reseller arrangement where you get a login and figure it out. We build your setup, migrate your data, train your team, and keep the platform current — with ongoing updates, new features, and evolving best practices baked in. Need something unique to your business? We layer client-specific customizations on top of the base platform, so your CRM works exactly the way you do.

Contact & Relationship Management

Contacts, accounts, linked activities, history, and custom fields — the relationship structure your team depends on, rebuilt in a modern cloud-native interface they'll actually use.

Cloud-Native. No Server Required.

Your data lives in the cloud, automatically backed up, accessible from any browser. No Windows server, no maintenance windows, no 'the CRM is down' calls to IT.

Full Mobile Apps

Native iOS and Android apps with full CRM functionality. Log calls, update contacts, move deals, and check your pipeline from your phone — the way modern teams work.

Sales Pipeline & Automation

Visual pipeline management, automated follow-up sequences, task triggers, and workflow automation — all configured for how your team actually sells.

Email & Calendar Integration

Two-way sync with Outlook and Gmail. Emails are automatically logged against contacts. Calendar events and tasks flow in both directions without manual entry.

Reporting & Dashboards

Real-time dashboards that answer the questions your old CRM couldn't. Pipeline health, activity by rep, conversion rates, revenue forecasting — built for how managers actually review the business.

500+ Integrations

Zoho CRM connects natively with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Mailchimp, QuickBooks, Zapier, and hundreds of other modern platforms. No custom connectors required.

AI Features (Zoho Zia)

AI-powered lead scoring, deal predictions, activity suggestions, and anomaly detection — built into the platform, not bolted on as an expensive add-on.

One platform, no ceiling

Simple enough to start today.
Powerful enough to run your whole business.

Yukon CRM is built on Zoho — used by 100 million users across 150+ countries. Start with just the CRM. Activate accounting, inventory, marketing, support, or ecommerce when you're ready. One login, one data model, seamless integrations to everything you already use. No re-implementation. No new contract.

Built for GoldMine migrations

The fastest, most economical
GoldMine migration available.

A generic CRM consultant tackling a GoldMine migration starts from zero. They spend weeks just understanding your SQL schema, writing custom export scripts from scratch, and testing field mappings by hand — billing you hourly the entire time. That process regularly runs 3–6 months and costs $15,000–$40,000 or more. And it's painful.

We've built proprietary migration tooling purpose-built for GoldMine's SQL database structure — automated field mapping, activity history extraction, custom field preservation, and record linking. Whether you're on-prem or hosted, we connect to your database, run our tooling, and complete the migration with zero discovery tax. What takes a consultant months takes us 2–4 weeks, at a fraction of the cost.

Your team stays live until cutover day. No disruption, no data freeze.

Not on GoldMine? We also migrate from ACT!, Maximizer, Salesforce, HubSpot, and other CRM platforms. Every migration starts with a free call to scope your data and timeline.

01

We export your GoldMine database directly

We connect directly to your GoldMine SQL database — whether on-prem or hosted. We know the schema. We pull your contacts, history, activities, and custom fields without disrupting your team.

02

Field mapping & data cleansing

Your GoldMine fields map to Zoho CRM fields. Custom dropdowns, contact categories, account types, and linked records are all preserved and translated.

03

Your team keeps working during migration

Migration happens in parallel. You stay live on GoldMine until cutover day. No downtime, no data freeze, no disruption to daily operations.

04

Go-live, training, and 30-day support

Cutover takes a few hours. We run a team training session, stay available for 30 days post-launch, and handle any questions as your team settles in.

How we compare

Yukon CRM vs. the alternatives.

Salesforce and HubSpot will cost more and take longer. Staying on GoldMine means staying on a platform in managed decline. Yukon CRM is the migration built for you.

The bigger picture

Your CRM is now in the cloud.
Is the rest of your IT?

Moving to a cloud CRM means your contact data is no longer tied to a single machine. But your team still sits at desks running laptops, managing email, dealing with security threats, and calling someone when things break.

Evolved Technology Group manages the full IT stack for businesses across North America — devices, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, help desk, and cloud infrastructure. When one team manages your CRM and your IT, there's no finger-pointing and no coverage gaps.

Managed IT & Help Desk

24/7 monitoring, proactive maintenance, and unlimited help desk support for your entire team. One number to call when anything goes wrong.

Cybersecurity & Endpoint Protection

Endpoint detection, email security, MFA enforcement, and security monitoring — because cloud CRM doesn't protect the laptops your team uses to access it.

Microsoft 365 & Cloud Administration

Full M365 administration, Teams governance, SharePoint, and Intune device management — all managed by the same team that built your CRM.

Virtual CIO & IT Strategy

Annual IT planning, budget forecasting, and vendor management from a team that already understands your full technology stack.

About migration pricing

Our migration will cost you a fraction of what a CRM consultant charges.

When a generic CRM consultant takes on a GoldMine migration, they start from scratch: manually mapping your SQL fields, writing custom export scripts, testing and re-testing, and billing hourly the entire time. That process routinely takes months and runs to five figures.

We've built proprietary data mapping tools specifically for GoldMine's SQL database structure — tools refined across hundreds of migrations. Your fields, custom dropdowns, activity history, and linked records map automatically. What takes a consultant 3 months takes us 2–4 weeks.

FAQ

Your CRM migration questions, answered.

How does the GoldMine migration actually work?

We connect directly to your GoldMine SQL database — whether you're on-prem or hosted — and export your full data set: contacts, accounts, activity history, all emails, custom fields, and user records. We map every GoldMine field to the appropriate Zoho CRM field, clean the data, and run a test import before any cutover. Your team keeps working in GoldMine until the day we flip the switch. Typical timeline is 2–4 weeks from kickoff to go-live.

What GoldMine data can you migrate?

Everything in your SQL database: contact and account records, complete activity history (calls, meetings, notes), all emails stored in GoldMine, custom fields and dropdown values, linked documents and email attachments, user accounts and permission levels, and calendar entries. If it lives in GoldMine's database, we extract and migrate it.

Does it matter whether we're on-prem or hosted?

No — we handle both. For ETG-hosted GoldMine clients, we already have direct access to your SQL Server environment, which makes the export even faster. For on-prem clients, we work with your IT team to access the database securely. Either way, we know the GoldMine schema cold, and the migration process is the same. The main difference is a bit of coordination time on the front end for on-prem setups.

Can we keep our custom fields and dropdown values?

Yes. GoldMine users tend to have years of custom fields, contact categories, and account types built up. We map all of these to Zoho CRM's custom field system — the names can stay identical if you prefer. Your team won't be relearning a different data structure, just a better interface.

What happens to our email history logged in GoldMine?

We extract all existing emails stored in your GoldMine database — GoldMine stores them as activity records in SQL, and we migrate every one of them into Zoho CRM as linked activity notes on the correct contact. Your full email communication history comes with you, intact and searchable from day one.

Do we need to replace our IT infrastructure to use Yukon CRM?

No. Yukon CRM runs in the cloud — your team accesses it through a browser or mobile app. You can decommission the GoldMine SQL Server once migration is complete, which often saves money on server infrastructure and licensing. If you want ETG to manage your office IT as well, we offer that through our Managed IT services — but the CRM migration stands on its own.

We've been on GoldMine for 15 years. Will our team adapt?

GoldMine users adapt faster than most CRM migrations because the underlying structure is familiar — contacts, accounts, activities, history. The interface is dramatically more modern, but the mental model is the same. We run a team training session on go-live day and stay available for 30 days post-launch to handle questions. Most teams are self-sufficient within two weeks.
