Monthly billing is flat-rate. You know what you're paying before the month starts. We don't bill by the hour for things already covered in your plan.

Common questions

Are these prices per user, per month?

Yes. Managed IT, CRM, and ERP are all billed per-user per month. VoIP is per seat. EDI and web managed services are flat monthly rates. All prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes.

What's the minimum contract length?

Managed services are month-to-month after an initial 12-month term — the minimum needed to properly onboard your systems and team. We don't believe in locking you in for years if we're not delivering value.

Is Microsoft 365 really included in all Managed IT tiers?

Yes. Microsoft 365 Business Premium licenses are bundled into every Evolved360 IT plan. You don't need a separate Microsoft subscription — it's managed and renewed through us.

Can I bundle multiple services together?

Absolutely. Most clients combine Managed IT with VoIP, and many add CRM or ERP as their business grows. Bundling doesn't automatically reduce pricing, but it means a single point of contact, integrated support, and systems that are designed to work together.

What counts as a 'user'?

A user is anyone who regularly uses your business technology — employees, contractors, and remote workers all count. We don't charge for board members or occasional volunteers who don't use day-to-day systems.

What happens if I need to add or remove users mid-contract?

No problem. We adjust your invoice the following billing cycle. Adding users is immediate — we provision new accounts and devices within one business day.

Do the prices on this page include setup and onboarding?

The monthly rates shown here are ongoing managed service fees. Initial setup, data migration, and onboarding are quoted separately as a one-time project cost. We'll include both numbers in your formal proposal so there are no surprises.
