This policy applies to personal information collected through our website (evolvedtechgroup.com), by phone or email, and in the course of delivering managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, CRM, ERP, VoIP, and related services to our clients.

Where we handle health information on behalf of healthcare clients, we additionally comply with the Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) and HIPAA where applicable.

• Billing data — invoicing details processed through our payment partners (we do not store full payment card numbers)
