The Case for Managed Network Infrastructure
Why most network problems are preventable and most businesses don't know they have them.
The most common network issues we find aren't exotic. Firewalls running three-year-old firmware that's no longer receiving security patches. Switches configured with manufacturer defaults — including the admin password. Wireless access points broadcasting on overlapping channels, causing interference and random disconnections nobody can explain. DNS forwarders pointing to ISP resolvers instead of hardened public resolvers. These are visible, fixable problems — they just require someone to look.
