Your Certified Cloud Partner

Most businesses are over-licensed by 20–30%. Let's fix that.

Cloud platforms are powerful — and easy to over-spend on. Licences assigned to former employees, resources provisioned at peak capacity and never adjusted, services paid for but never deployed. Ongoing cloud management catches all of this, keeps your environment secure, and makes sure you're getting the full value of what you're paying for.

What Changes

Get more from your cloud without spending more.

Lower Cloud Bills

Continuous cost monitoring identifies unused resources, orphaned licences, and over-provisioned services. Most clients see meaningful savings within the first 90 days.

Security That Doesn't Slip

Microsoft 365 ships with most security features turned off. We enable and maintain them — MFA enforcement, conditional access, Defender — and keep your posture current.

Someone Who Actually Knows It

Your Microsoft 365 tenant and Azure environment is managed by engineers who work in these platforms every day — not someone figuring it out as they go.

A Plan, Not Just Maintenance

Quarterly reviews look at your usage, costs, and upcoming needs. Cloud strategy should align with where your business is going — not just keep the lights on.

The Plan

Getting your cloud under control is straightforward.

Cloud environment audit and assessment
1

We audit your cloud environment.

We review your Microsoft 365 tenant, Azure resources, licensing, security configuration, and spend. Most audits turn up savings opportunities in the first pass.

Cloud optimization and security hardening
2

We clean it up and lock it down.

Unused licences removed. Security settings hardened. Cost alerts configured. Conditional access policies enabled. We work through the list and document everything.

Ongoing cloud management and quarterly review
3

Ongoing management with a quarterly review.

We manage your cloud environment month to month and meet quarterly to review costs, security posture, and what's coming up on your technology roadmap.

Team with a well-managed cloud environment

What Changes

What your business looks like when your cloud is actually managed.

Cloud spend is predictable — no surprise bills, no unused resources quietly accumulating cost
Your Microsoft 365 environment is secure with MFA enforced, conditional access active, and Defender monitoring
Former employees are fully offboarded from every system — no orphaned accounts with active access
Licensing matches actual usage — you're paying for what your team uses, nothing more
Quarterly reviews keep your cloud environment aligned with where your business is going

Client result

“The licensing audit alone saved us more than the annual management cost. We had 11 Business Premium licences assigned to people who had left the company. Nobody had noticed.”

The Case for Managed Cloud

Why cloud costs keep climbing when nobody is actively managing them.

Cloud platforms are self-service by design — which means resources get added easily and removed rarely. A virtual machine gets provisioned for a project, the project ends, and the VM keeps running and billing. A Microsoft 365 licence gets assigned to a new hire, the employee leaves, and the licence stays active because nobody has a process to reclaim it. Multiply this across 12 months and 20 employees and you have a cloud bill that's 25–40% higher than it should be.

Security drift is the less visible problem. Microsoft 365 ships with most of its security features disabled by default — multi-factor authentication is available but not enforced, conditional access policies aren't configured, Defender for Business is licensed but never activated. These settings require someone to enable and maintain them. A tenant that was set up correctly two years ago may no longer meet current security standards because the landscape has changed and nobody updated the configuration.

Ongoing cloud management addresses both. Cost reviews happen monthly — unused resources get flagged, licensing gets right-sized, and Azure Cost Management alerts fire before spend exceeds budget. Security posture is reviewed against Microsoft's Secure Score and the CIS Microsoft 365 benchmark, and configuration changes are documented so you always have an audit trail. The result is a cloud environment that stays current, stays secure, and costs what it should.

“Cloud migrations that go sideways usually share a common root cause: the move was planned around the technology, not the business workflows that depend on it. We scope migrations around operations first — and then manage what we build so nothing drifts after go-live.”
