Message frequency depends on your account activity. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. We are not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier.

8. Data Retention

We retain your phone number for as long as your account is active and you remain opted in. SMS delivery logs are retained for 90 days for troubleshooting and compliance purposes. Upon account deletion or opt-out, your phone number is removed from our SMS systems within 30 days.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:

  • Encryption of phone numbers at rest and in transit
  • Access controls limiting who within our organization can view SMS data
  • Regular security audits of our SMS infrastructure

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect phone numbers from children.
